We were referred to Blue Grass Garage Door by a neighbor. We met with Zack several times to discuss changing out our traditional garage door and opener with a high lift track system and side mounted motor.Zack contacted us the day prior to our installation to make sure we were still on schedule. The following morning he contacted us to let us know he was running a little late. The installation was great. He had everything he needed which allowed the installation to be flawless along with removing all the discarded items. Followed by demonstrating how the new system worked to myself and my wife! I was skeptical of a company that was so up front about pricing, especially because my door hasn't worked properly in years. I did have some additional cost above the advertised price, but I felt it was fair. Zak, out technician, was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running in about two hours. Another company told us we would need a full door replacement. Would have been easy for them to do the same. Lot of respect for people that shoot you straight. 10/10 recommend.

They came in and replaced a broken spring on my garage door, gave me an upgrade, and did it in just under 90 minutes. Great service and price. The tech was very professional and knew his stuff. If I ever need any overhead door work again, I will call Bluegrass.
