Bluegrass Garage Door promptly assessed the broken 10x8 garage door to match the adjacent older door and ordered an exact replacement. They also installed a new belt drive WIFI opener and added rubber rollers to the older door along with new rubber seal. The installers, Zaki and Brandon, were knowledgeable, efficient, and left the work area clean. Customer service by text or phone was excellent.

We were referred to Blue Grass Garage Door by a neighbor. We met with Zack several times to discuss changing out our traditional garage door and opener with a high lift track system and side mounted motor.Zack contacted us the day prior to our installation to make sure we were still on schedule. The following morning he contacted us to let us know he was running a little late. The installation was great. He had everything he needed which allowed the installation to be flawless along with removing all the discarded items. Followed by demonstrating how the new system worked to myself and my wife! All I can say is a job well done!

Not only were they quick to help me fix things, but when I needed an additional tweak to the initial repair, they scheduled me same day I called with a concern. Highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and take the time to explain things. Not only that, but one of the best priced around from the quotes I had found when I was looking for the initial repair. I was skeptical of a company that was so up front about pricing, especially because my door hasn't worked properly in years. I did have some additional cost above the advertised price, but I felt it was fair. Zak, out technician, was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and running in about two hours. Another company told us we would need a full door replacement. Would have been easy for them to do the same. Lot of respect for people that shoot you straight. 10/10 recommend.
