This Garage Door Opener Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Bluegrass Garage Door (“Sponsor”).

Giveaway Dates and Location

The Giveaway will be conducted during the Gaslight Festival in Jeffersontown, Kentucky, on September 16, 17, and 18.

Eligible entries must be submitted at the Bluegrass Garage Door booth or designated Giveaway location during the official festival dates and hours.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside within Bluegrass Garage Door’s eligible residential service area.

Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members or household members of Bluegrass Garage Door are not eligible to enter.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or service agreement is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or becoming a customer will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

One Entry Per Household

Limit one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from the same household, regardless of the name, email address, phone number, or social media account used, may be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) randomly selected eligible winner will receive one qualifying residential garage door opener and standard installation, subject to the limitations and conditions contained in these Official Rules.

The specific opener provided will be determined by Bluegrass Garage Door based on the existing garage door and installation requirements.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or another product or service.

Residential Applications Only

The Giveaway is limited to qualifying residential garage door opener installations.

Commercial, industrial, agricultural, oversized, specialty, or other non-standard applications are not eligible unless specifically approved by Bluegrass Garage Door.

Door Height & Rail Extension Charges

Garage doors over 7 feet tall may require a rail extension for proper opener installation.

The following additional charges will apply:

• Over 7 feet up to and including 8 feet: $60 rail extension charge
• Over 8 feet up to and including 10 feet: $150 rail extension charge
• Over 10 feet: Not eligible for the Giveaway

Any applicable rail-extension charge is the responsibility of the winner and must be paid before installation.

Existing Garage Door & Installation Requirements

The existing garage door must be operational, properly balanced, and suitable for installation of the prize opener.

The Giveaway does not include repair or replacement of an existing garage door or its components.

If the existing garage door requires repairs or replacement before the opener can safely be installed, those repairs or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the homeowner.

Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to determine whether the existing door is suitable for safe opener installation.

Additional Work or Materials

The prize includes standard installation only.

Additional work or materials required because of existing conditions or non-standard installation requirements are not included. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Electrical work or installation of new electrical outlets
• Wiring or electrical repairs
• Structural or framing repairs
• Header or jamb repairs
• Door repairs or replacement
• Track repairs or replacement
• High-lift or vertical-lift modifications
• Additional rail extensions
• Special mounting requirements
• Drywall or ceiling repairs
• Masonry or concrete work
• Removal of non-standard equipment or materials
• Repairs required to make the garage door safe or operational

Any additional work will be discussed with the winner and must be approved before the work is performed.

Existing Opener Removal

Removal and disposal of a standard existing garage door opener is included with the prize installation when reasonably accessible.

Additional charges may apply for unusual, unsafe, or excessively difficult removal conditions.

Property Ownership / Authorization

The winner must own the property where the opener will be installed or have authorization from the property owner.

Bluegrass Garage Door may require proof of ownership or authorization before installation.

Pre-Installation Inspection

Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to inspect the garage door and installation area before installation.

If the existing door, structure, electrical system, or installation area is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable, the Sponsor may determine that the prize cannot be installed until the necessary conditions are corrected.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these rules are final, subject to applicable law.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Installation Scheduling

Installation must be scheduled with Bluegrass Garage Door within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

Installation is subject to product availability and scheduling.

Prize Substitution

Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to substitute the advertised opener with a comparable opener of equal or greater value if the advertised product becomes unavailable.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other costs that may result from accepting the prize.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Bluegrass Garage Door may use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and photographs or video of the completed installation for legitimate promotional purposes, including social media, website, advertising, and other marketing materials, where permitted by law.

Fraudulent or Ineligible Entries

Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, misleading, duplicated, submitted through automated means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Changes or Cancellation

Bluegrass Garage Door reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, product availability, unforeseen circumstances, or other conditions beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform unless specifically stated otherwise.

Acceptance of Rules

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
